Located inside of Paulus Hook’s Hudson Green Market, the dishes at Ukrainian Hata (“hata” being the Russian idiom for “house”) are modern interpretations of classic Ukrainian dishes. This lovely deli within the also-lovely Hudson Green offers their takes on the most popular dishes from each region of Ukraine making it a great cultural learning experience while also eating such yummy and comforting food. #multiculturalamericans
