American USA, Inc. reserves the right to decline, cancel, or remove any sponsorship that conflicts with its mission, values, legal responsibilities, or public reputation.

5. American Card™ Disclaimer

The American Card™ is a support, participation, or membership-style card connected to American USA, Inc. programs and participating business discount opportunities.

The American Card™ is not:

  • A government-issued identification card
  • A credit card
  • A debit card
  • An insurance card
  • A bank card
  • A government benefit card
  • A guarantee of discounts, benefits, services, or acceptance

Discounts, promotions, or special offers are provided only by participating businesses and may vary by business, location, date, availability, and business policy.

American USA, Inc. does not guarantee that every business will participate, continue participating, or provide a discount at any specific time.

1 Independent Program Statement

The United States of America 250th Anniversary Card™ is an independently created commemorative and promotional program. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States government, any federal or state agency, or any official America250 commission.

2. Card Validity

• The Card is valid through December 31, 2026.
• Discounts are offered at the sole discretion of participating businesses.
• Offers may change without notice.

3. No Guarantee of Specific Discount

The Card does not guarantee any specific savings amount. Each participating business determines its own discount, offer, or promotion.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

All sales are final. Cards are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

Lost cards may be replaced at the discretion of the company for a replacement fee.

6. Misuse

The Card may not be duplicated, copied, resold without authorization, or altered. Unauthorized duplication voids the card.

7. Limitation of Liability

The program organizers are not responsible for:

• Business refusal to honor discounts
• Changes in offers
• Business closures
• Quality of goods or services purchased

All transactions are strictly between the cardholder and the participating business.

8. Modifications

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Card constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

MERCHANT PARTICIPATION TERMS
